2015年份是酒質雄壯的年份。深紅寶石色澤混合紫色色調；聞起來呈現出黑色莓果、香料、松露結合了礦物質、橡木之類的香氣。口感雄壯紮實，展現礦石、花卉的香味，味道相當集中，餘味悠長細緻。需要陳年幾年會更美味，建議適飲期是現在到2030年左右。

Less aromatic than the Francois de Tournon bottling, the 2015 Saint-Joseph Sainte-Epine is nonetheless a stellar effort that may be even longer lived. It shows great concentration, pouring across the palate in a single jolt of dark fruit, expanding and intensifying on the powerful finish. Black cherries and plums carry hints of molten rock, charcoal and other inorganic complexities, which are brightened by crisp acids and buffered by firm tannins.

【Delas Freres】
Delas最著名的產品是北隆河數款單一葡萄園的紅白酒，像是Hermitage les Bessards、Hermitage Domaine des Tourettes、Cote Rotie la Landonne等都是風靡全世界愛酒人士的名園；而事實上，Delas全系列產品涵蓋了南北隆河，從基本款地區級到各個著名酒村的單一葡萄園都有生產，並且都有極高的水準；在Robert Parker所著的「全世界最偉大的葡萄酒莊(The World’s Greatest Wine Estates)」一書中，Delas亦被選入介紹，可見其水準之高！

Saint Josephe聖約瑟夫村莊源於17世紀時耶穌會修道院的命名，位於隆河右岸的陡坡上，花岡岩為主的土壤混合一些板岩、片麻岩，以生產Syrah紅酒而聞名。這款酒生產自單一葡萄園 “Sainte Epine”，這是位於本村中心精華地帶、坡向面南的一個優異葡萄園，酒廠只有在好年份才出產這款酒，產量平均只有每年4000瓶！完全以人工採收於最佳成熟度，發酵前先進行兩天的低溫浸皮，然後接續約20天的發酵和浸皮；為了釀出優雅酒質，使用一半全新橡木桶、一半一年舊桶，熟成培養14到16個月。
