2019 de Pez是酒莊有史以來釀得最好的年份之一。2019年份溫暖乾燥，是波爾多紅酒極優異的年份，因此使用較往常更高比例的Cabernet Sauvignon。它的色澤呈現漂亮的深紅帶紫。聞起來有甜美誘人的黑醋栗、黑櫻桃漿果香氣，伴隨著花卉、菸草的氣味。單寧結構相當紮實，但並不生澀，酒質濃郁飽滿，新鮮活潑的果味讓口感非常討喜，也是良好的陳年潛力，經過適當陳年會更加美味。建議適飲期是2021到2035年。

【Pez】
Chateau de Pez位於波爾多的St-Estephe產區，是本地歷史最悠久的莊園；在十六世紀由著名的Pontac家族 (當時也是Haut Brion的主人) 開闢了它的葡萄園。它長久以來都被視為波爾多中級酒莊的領導者之一，2003年官方公布的中級酒莊名單中，它被列為最高的Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel等級。香檳名門Louis Roederer在1995年購置本酒莊，並且不斷在各方面提升其品質，近年來其酒質已經有五級酒莊的水準。

本酒莊的面積有48公頃，包含42公頃的葡萄園，採行永續經營農法栽培葡萄，種植的品種為Cabernet Sauvignon 45%、Merlot 48%、 Cabernet Franc 4 %、Petit Verdot 3 %；平均樹年齡25歲以上。更重要的是，這個酒莊亦是由Pichon Lalande釀酒師Nicolas Glumineau擔綱釀造！

This year's blend is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 de Pez comes tumbling out of the glass with an astonishingly beautiful perfume of lilacs, black cherries and black raspberries over a core of stewed plums, clove oil, dark chocolate and Sichuan pepper. The medium-bodied palate is jam-packed with energetic black fruits, supported by a firm foundation of ripe, grainy tannins and lovely freshness, finishing long and perfumed.
