這款Côte-du-Rhone Saint-Esprit紅酒使用南隆河的Syrah和Grenache 混合釀製。葡萄全數去梗，發酵和浸皮時間約15天，溫度控制在28到30度左右；品種調配完成之後在不鏽鋼槽中熟成8個月才裝瓶。

它呈現偏深的漂亮紫紅色澤。聞起來有漿果、紫羅蘭、甘草等香氣；口感飽滿而圓潤柔順，帶有單寧細緻不澀，適合搭配家常燉煮料理和燒烤的食物。

Delas does a fine job with its regional wines and the 2019 Cotes du Rhone Saint-Esprit is another success. Notes of garrigue accent black cherries and red berries in this medium to full-bodied effort. Not as richly textured or plush as the Ventoux, it's perhaps more of a classic-style Rhône blend marked by smooth tannins and savory hints of roasted meat and black olives.
