An overtly floral-suffused and more expressive nose freely offers up elegant aromas of white orchard fruit, zest and a touch of spice. 【Chateau de la Maltroye馬拓城堡酒莊】
於1941年成立，其18世紀的彩繪屋瓦在村中顯得特別亮眼。主要的葡萄園位於Chassagne村，其餘在南邊的Santenay村。其中一級園部分就佔了七成，包含近十個一級園，加上產量珍稀的Batard Montrachet特級園。透過現任莊主Jean-Pierre Cournut的巧手，釀出了極高水準的白酒與紅酒！

酒莊中的獨佔園Clos du Chateau de la Maltroye，是La Maltroie中公認品質最好的一塊，大小僅約2.5公頃，此地塊豐富的黏土質中帶有小礫石、坡向朝東南東，白酒經常香氣奔放、口感均衡。採用理性種植法以刻意降低產率，提高果實風味的集中度，也是酒莊的招牌酒款。帶有優雅的酸橙、薄荷、山楂香氣，伴隨一抹新鮮香草風味。質地細膩平衡，餘韻清新而悠長。

釀造：手工成串採收後直接放入氣墊式壓榨機進行榨汁，再移至不銹鋼槽靜置。之後導入橡木桶進行長時間的發酵，其中溫度控制保持在19度C以下。攪桶依年份決定。經過12個月後進行裝瓶。
